Alright, does anyone know a legit amplifier that produces >800w RMS @ 2 Ohm. <1% THD?
Preferably under 200$ And yes before you ramble that you can't get a super nice amp for under 200$, I'm not going for top quality. Rather I'm going for a range from mid to high quality.

Before anyone replies with a message and a link of an amplifier that just says that it does...
Has anyone tested it, (bench test?)? LINK PLEASE =]
I've come to realize most amplifiers are not going to give you the RMS ratings listed...
Most in fact will put you around 50-100w under depending on quality...

I need a Class D Monoblock capable of producing greater than or equal to 800w RMS with less than 1% THD, my choice is a Kenwood Kac 9105D amplifier. Which is rated at 900wRMS @ 2 ohm, Which will probably put out 750-850, so I thought that would work out. It's listed price is 170$

If any amp kicks out a little more than a 800, or 900w RMS at two ohms it's okay. My subwoofers will be fine. Just stay under 1000w RMS @ 2 ohm, again with less than 1% THD.

Thanks!

Why limit yourself to Kenwood and Hifonics? Get the best of the rest and expect nothing less.

Boston Acoustic GT-2200

Yes, it's refurbished, but still comes with a manufacture warranty of 1 yr parts and labor. If that doesn't make you comfortable enough, add another year with a Square Trade warranty for another $38.

Have I clamped it? No. It's a Boston Acoustics amplifier. That's like asking if I dyno'd an Enzo Ferarri to verify it makes 650HP.

BTW, add in the Coupon Code " Reburb10 " for another 10% off the price listed. That puts it at $180 for clean wholesome Boston Acoustics sound.
