Car audio installation help?

I am buying a new car stereo system for my car. New deck, amp, speakers, sub, everything. I dont know much about these so I need help. My budget is about $1,000. I am having it installed to i cant spend all of it on the equipment.
Where should I go?

Best Buy?
Anywhere else?
