Car Audio noob needs some help with deciding what to buy?

I need to get is a 12" subwoofer, amp, and box that will fit in the back of an '08 Hyundai Tiburon.... with a golf bag in the back (giant speaker boxes are out).


The first speaker that stood out to me was the JL W6 but compared to some others like the Hifonics Olympus 12" 3200w dual 2-ohm it looks like it is priced higher and isn't as powerful.


If these two speakers are good, what kind of amp shoud I get for them?
If the speakers aren't the best for around $300 or less, what should i look at?
Lastly and very importantly, What would be the best type of box to optimize the punch in such a small space?

really, any subwoofer at 1000 watts rms and an amp that can handle 1000 rms should be good enough, make sure that the ohms are the same, like all @ 1ohm and remember, that car is a hatch, so this setup would be killer....and a bassband box is good for this

well make sure you get good stuff brand name memphis jl etc those are my top two
