Car Audio Problem Kenwood?

I recently installed an amp and sub up to my Kenwood Deck. The sub works fine for the radio but not for CDs. I have tried multiple CDs. Why would the radio work but not the CD?
 
Most Likely You Have The Power Antenna Wire Hooked Up To Your Amp As The Remote Lead. The Power Antenna Wire Should Be Blue Or Blue With A White Strip. The Remote On Wire To Turn On You Amp Is Most Usually Orange
