Is it possible to buy parts of a In dash Kenwood CD player?

Model number: KDC-X579, System E's.

It was an excellent deck, I bought a cheep 80 dollar unit that just works for now, but not the same.

The problem is the motor that spins the disk stopped. If I could just get a new disk unit inside I can repair it, but can I just buy that one part?

try looking for this part or the same deck but broken (of course not tat part) in ebay.
