picked out a head unit and am wondering what the specs mean? the max speaker, amp, and subwoofer sizes & watts i can use?

specs of the head unit:

MOSFET 50 W x 4 built in amplifier
3 (4v) RCA Preouts
24 bit D/A converter

idk what any of that means lol. explain please?

many people had said this but you shouldn't run a sub on a receiver channel.... it's 50 watts x 4 " channels " you buy a aftermarket receiver that has " RCA preouts " on the back of the receiver.
this is where you run your RCA to the amplifier from your receiver... it carries signal. Read here to get a better understanding of what " mosfet " means... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOSFET

idk what the 24 bit d/a is but the MOSFET 50w x 4 amp means that it suppose to put out 50 watts of power per channel(4) so it gives your car speakers 50 watts at max power, and the rcas are for additional amps like for subs or more speakers
