Well I've heard sony isn't very good at making subs or anything having to do with car audio, I personally don't know how good there stuff is so I can't tell you if your options are good. I would like to recomend a pioneer deck
here's the link: http:

//www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/In-Dash#section=overview

and for woofers try going with some orion subs, again a link:

http://www.orioncaraudio.com/Products/Subwoofers/

and for the amp, go with an orion amp designed to power up the subs you choose
for installation you'll need an amp wiring kit and some tutorials on how to set it up properly
here's another link:

you'll also need an enclosure for your subs, i don't know much about those but go to your local car audio store and ask about an enclosure for the subs you choose

you also need to know how to install the deck
again, another tutorial video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Anl4_dJEaLY&feature=channel

most of this stuff is very simple, don't get intimidated by all those wires
another way to install everything is to pay for the installation, but i find that an expensive, unnecessary investment, because you'll be working with the battery wire (+) the ground (-) and remote wire that signals the amp to power up, and speaker and woofer setup is also very easy just have to know the ohms of the woofers and amps
if you have any more doubts just ask
