Car did something weird to day: after starting rpms went up and down between 1000 &
1500...what is wrong? I went to start my car (motor was warmed up already from earlier driving) and right after it started the RPMS slowly went up and down between 1000 and 1500 (making small revs everytime it went up). It did it about 5 times then fell to about 700 and stayed there. What caused that to happen? I do recall it doing that once before a few weeks ago. Well, I started it again later in the day to go to the store and it didnt do that time. its a 99 Civic coupe with 96,000 mi. I have a short ram intake in the car that was just put in 2 months ago, would that have anything to do with it? Thanks
