I was driving my car home, and when i got a quarter mile away from thee house, My Rev's just going up, i put my foot on the clutch, and the RPM's just kept increasing. I pushed the break, let go of the gas, gave it more gas, even threw it in neutural, and the rpms kept going up. I have no idea why, or what to even check for, except the pedal, i thought it was stuck, and it wasn't. if anyone has any advice, i would LOVE you! thank you.

vacuum leak, throttle cable stuck, fuel injection short circuit

You may have a vacuum leak. With a vacuum leak it adds more air to the engine and it revs high. my best advice is take it to a dealer.
