Car stereo shorting out? faulty connection or other problems?

during mid to high volume radio will just turn off and eject cd. Fuse is ok and even changed fuse and still does it. Now doesnt work at all. Used to work when i jiggled the wires in the back and would come back on but now it doesnt work at all. Is it just a faulty wire or do i need a new stereo or something else?

the black wire you would jiggle is a ground wire first push in the wires that are connected to your stereo from behind the stereo and find a new location for your ground it may not be getting contact were it is located if fuse has blown than change it if it is good than leave it also check the fuse that is behind your stereo depending if it is stock or store bought.
