Is possibly the starter has a dead spot in it. Not sure on cost, as you haven't mentioned what vehicle this is on.
 
until it turns on. But it doesn't? turn on, until i do it three or four times. Or do you think I need a new battery? If it's the starter how much do they range if i gotta get a new one
