my car is not starting and every time i turn the key it starts putting out trouble codes thru the engine light with pulses. I know my car is designed to do this but not till the third key turn and now its doing it every single key turn. What can be wrong? can I have a bad PCM? the car is a 97 dodge neon DOHC.
