What should we do before Global Warming is out of control?

Its a double pronged problem. We are putting tremendous amounts of CO2 into the air, normally Plants would take it out. That leads to the second problem, were cutting down the Forests, and polluting the Oceans killing the algae (most of the CO2 on Earth is taken out by algae in the oceans) .

Erm, it snowed here on April 25th. Global warming?? Um um I don't know. Tax us more. $4.00 gas tax!! LOL
They were trying to tax bicyclist, lol
We need an air tax, shoe tax, bus tax, the possibilities are endless! Raise the taxes. And $5 tax per pack of disposable diapers.
