caribbean or alaskan cruise?

Hi i'm 19 and going on a cruise with my dad. Which place would be better to go to overall? And which place has more onshore activites available? thanks
 
I recently went on an alaskan cruise and have gone to the Caribbean. If you are the type of people who love the outdoors, as in hiking, fishing, bird watching etc. than alaska is the perfect place to be, but if you are looking for relaxing on the beach, getting a tan and partying, than i would pick the Caribbean.

p.s. in alaska there will be snow even in july, that is when i went
 
If you want beach and foreigners and vibrant culture: Carribean

If you want quiet, cool, americans, alaska.


Overall i choose alaska!
