Are the LATCH anchors for carseats in the 2nd row captain chairs the only option for securing toddler seats? My mom has a 2005 Yukon Denali, i have not yet found the upper tether location for car seats, and since my daughter is 5 we use the shoulder/lap seatbelts to hold her in, the only thing holding the seat is the LATCH anchors, and it never seems to hold very tight even when the staps are taught. Any solutions/suggestions? (Except buying a diff seat, as I won't have time or money between tonight and tomorrow to do so)

The car seat is a Cosco toddler high back with in seat retraints and shoulder/lap belt threads, but in the manual it says not use LATCH and shoulder lap belt together to hold seat even if you use the in seat restraints. My daughter fits both, she is tall enough for lap/shoulder belt, but still small enough for in seat restraints. Suggestions please?
