there will be all kinds of proof in a matter of moments. Also look at todays newspaper and yesterdays and tomorrows, youll probably find something related unless you live in OZ.Then ask any woman on MAP or online or face to face if they feel bad about being used just for sex.

There has never and will never be a point in human history in which teenagers do not experiment with sex. Even going back and reading Victorian journals indicates that a good number of the girls who were married had some sort of sexual contact before marriage. The fifties is the same. You are basically just idealizing the past. There have always been STDs and each new one is the worst ever- may I point out that syphallis was fatal and very severe in its early form? Fortunately, it like many diseases and like HIV is already doing, it evolved into a less virulent form.
As much as I would love to be able to stand in front of a classroom of teenagers and say "don't have sex", they aren't going to listen to me any more then they listen to their parents. Or your generation listed to their parents or their generation and so on. The best shot we have is to talk openly and honestly about sex and answer their questions. It would be more effective if the parents did the same instead of scooting sex under the carpet and treating it like a dirty little secret. Most sexual disfunctions stem from a lack of acceptance and education of sex.
We would do more for that girl who feels bad being used for sex by teaching her she is worth more then just her body. There is still a lot of objectification of women, and if you don't think that's true, just ask people how they feel about a woman present and count the number of stereotypes they spout. Dont believe the anti sex propaganda, condoms are very reliable and there is only a very small chance of them not working. You will find the unwanted pregnancies and stds are usually the product of bad or too little sex education. The Uk and US have the worst underage pregnancy rate in the western world, were on a par with third world contries. Most European countries have very liberal sex education and much lower rates of unwanted pregnacies and stds.
I have never understood some churches dislike of sex and the rules they feel they have to impose, its only sex. If your a sensible adult and take precautions it can be very safe and loads of fun, even casual sex. Sex between a loving couple(married or not) is an act of love, how can this be a bad thing?

You were brought into this world for a reason. It may take people all of their lives to figure that out. Some may never figure it out. Why does that have to be connected towards a higher being such as God? Who or what else does that fall upon? You have children correct? Have you ever heard of the saying the miracles of birth? Can you honestly sit back and say that birth is not a miracle of a higher being? When you sit and look at trees, lakes, oceans, stars, flowers, fish, birds, deer, and the stars. Who created this stuff? It just happened? No! But if that is what you believe I am not going to tell you that you are wrong in thinking that way, but I will say its somewhat selfish that you believe none of that is here because of a higher spirit.

I have a problem with this is the externalization concept, this idea of being separate from this "higher being", I'm not even convinced it/he/she has a will of it's own. It just exists, like an algorithm.
Unfortunately, when you look at things rationally, without any emotions attached, your arguement breaks down entirely. But we all know that isn't unusual for you.
Morals come second to Instinct. That is why you will kill someone to save your own skin. It is why you will do almost anything "immoral" if you need to. Survival (Instinct) is more important than pleasing God or Socia Circles (Morals).
Instinctively, Apes - which we fall under - are not monogomous. The most comon family-template in the History of mankind supports this. The most comon family in History is one man, many females.
So if Nature tells us anything, it IS to 'do anyone you want'. Infact, it encourages it. Which is why we do have desires. Not because God is playing some cruel joke by testing you.
It is the instinctive sexual drive we have, that made us more fit for survival and thus we still stand here today.
Simply put, if Men (not so much Woman, as they aren't the seed-spredders) weren't as Horny as they are, we might not be alive today. We desire sexual activity because it is beneficial to the species. Breeding is the only thing I can think of that a species may prioritise higher than Survival. So, in our subconcious Ape-like mind, where Instinct still reigns, we are essentially saying "Breed first. Worry about the rest later."
It may not be the most intelligent way to go about it in the modern day, but it is still understandable why teenagers will go to a party, and "woops" regardless of everything they know.
Now back to the Question at hand.. Abortion, good or bad ? There is nothing wrong with it up to a certain point.
Babies are not being "slaughtered" as you suggested in your initial post. Abortion isn't like that at all. No one dies in Abortion. That is the whole point. You prevent someone from being born. You don't die if you haven't been born.
Abortion is about terminating the potential life of a person by removing a piece of matter that is about as alive as snot.
Theoretically, you are aborting a potential life everytime you masterbate. Or when you use a Condom. Or when you damage a hair on your head that could have been used to clone a potential Life.
The list goes on forever.

God made all people, like an earlier post said, just throw your baby in the snow and if God loves it, it will live? No! that is you testing God and hating your child. But God made all people and all people return to God so what is a few hours or a few years to God compared to eternity? Why do certain people seek out loyal partners? Because of the joy of having a loyal partner, which lie or not, most people want in life. someone who really gives a crap about you. Why do people have kids when they know they will be exposed to the drug influence and problems and heartach and lies of the world, becuase there is that slim chance that they will find the true things in life to make them happy and to make others happier. So God loves those that return the thanks, its worth the insulters and mockers and haters abroad, because of the people that give a crap. that's what non-religious people have never understood. You think that your pain is something you can blame on God and that you should have an easy road, but you didnt make the rules but youre subject to them like it or not, so you deal with it.When you realize you need help then you admit it and no longer try to overcome everything on your own. Condoms are effective to an extent. But people that want oral sex dont use a condom. Some things are spread through saliva, by blood, or other methods. YOu play a dangerous game by jumping on someone. Waiting is the hardest part but most people learn the hard way about not looking before they leap.

Nature doesnt tell you to do anything you want, it tells you there are real re-actions to what you do. It may take time to catch up to you, in the form of unwanted pregnancy, disease, or just a chick with a key scratches your car because you were just being human. Wouldnt it be better to tell your kids you actually wanted them to come into the world? Most your life you seek affection and dont get it so why not disipline yourself to limit the number to reduce risks and exposure and unwanted baggage?

The reason churches tell you not to have free sex is because of all the broken families and people wanting to die and hating everything and thinking they are all alone and growing up very unhappy and confused. They want you to have sex, just not casual. What would be so bad about waiting, the world is overpopulated, disease is abundant, food is being poisoned to meet the supply and demand, and abortion is killing the chances for people who are not to blame for the actions of their parents.

When you take a leap of faith and observe the moral side you limit your risk of unwanted pregnancy, stds, and so much else, you only really have to conquer lonliness but when you realize youve made it this far then you become the answer to other peoples situations. And the quality time shared is far superior to the cheap thrills that can bring mental and physical destruction.

What makes your thinking selfish? Because you remain closed minded to all the religions out there, and you say things like Christianity is laughable. If you weigh out the odds, I believe that the many that believe in someone/something outweigh those of you that do not believe in someone/something? So why is it laughable? I didnt say anything about those that do not believe are laughable, but you seem to throw that comment out like its stupid to believe in God, or Buddha? There are many religions and denominations, but all of them have the analogous belief of protecting the heart. Religion is necessary to keep peace no matter where we live. Religion was originally a teaching of nature and is important that it fit into the society of its time. To believe in something is to move toward what you believe in. Today, most of our wars seem to be about differing beliefs. This is why we all need to know the proper principles of religion and faith. But you seem to think that these things are laughable? So if you are saying you believe in the therory of evolution, and we are now here on this earth as decendants of apes, then what made the apes? Chemistry and biology?
