ok. so i got a new phone from Verizon and it is the voyager vx10000 and i am having a hard time looking for software for this bloody phone so any ideas hints help i will appreciate it

i have that phone(:
since august!
haha, what to you need software for??
i never needy software so um your wiggin

Okay,
Verizon phones, except the Blackberry's
use BREW Runtime so that no Java applications can be installed.
This is a thing verizon dose so that it only lets their subscribers use THEIR software and have them pay for their sofware. I am afraid that the only thing you can download for your phone is the software in the Get It Now directory, and by downloading walpapers, and ringtones on the web, or via WAP. I do believe that Verizon is going to allow Java apps, as they have enabled JavaScript on your phone which is a first for them.
Either stick with BREW or get a Berry

I know of nothing that you can actually download onto it other than what is available from the verizon store or online on the phone. I have the same, the closest thing ive had to games on it was a little Pong game that i coded into it so it took the place of the tip calculator. As of this moment, i also have about 6 full length movies on it. this is easy to do, just download a movie file and convert it to a 3gp file and transfer it to the memory card.

Hope this helps
