Well I have two question about a cell phone.

A: When you record a video, will the video be on the way first top of your video list?

B: How many phone video sections can a phone have?

for question A, the most recent picture/video you took should be on the top of the list. i think thats what you mean. a list where you can view your album.

for question B, you can have as many videos as you want, just dont exceed your phone's memory capacity.

Well it really depends on which phone you are using. Some phones may give you the option to sort the videos by different things like name, most recent, oldest, newest, etc. Some phones may let you create folders/categories for your videos and media.

So you can't really answer this question without knowing what type of phone.
