Cell Phones W/Out Picture Messaging?

Hi, would anyone know of a cell phone that has a camera, BUT does not support picture messaging OR able to block text messages containing pictures? This would be very helpful, thanks!
Btw- I have Altell, which I called the company & they were unable to block picture messaging w/out blocking text entirely.
 
On any phone you can call your service provider and block picture messaging. you will be unable to recieve or send picture mail.
 
You can try to go to your phone's menu structure, go to the mms folder section, press menu and I would make sure to reconfigure the settings so that it is no longer working. I haven't played with a CDMA phone (which you have) in a while but I know in my phone (which is GSM), I can do it.
