Both my friend and I are using Telus prepaid services. We live about 30km apart, and through some cell tower maps, I understand that the closest telus cell tower to her is about 1.5km away, and the closest telus tower to me is a few hundred feet away. Our reception has been VERY bad, sometimes with him having to move to the opposite side of the house in order to receive "signal" and for me to be able to hear him.
I figured that having a cell tower 1.5km away from you wasn't that bad. Anyone know what may be the cause of the horrid reception? Should we be changing services (Bell? Rogers?)?
