Cellphone plans [ evening unlimited]?

I need help. I'm on a Rogers plan for my cell. Basically, i have unlimited weekends and unlimited evenings. But I'm wondering if the "unlimited evening" also goes into the morning. So what time does the "evening" start and until what time ( either in the morning or at night).
