...cell phone and it is a Rumor 2.....? I was texting my friend and the next thing I know it turned off and then went to the HELLO screen and then turned off and did the same thing. I've tried to take out the battery but it didn't work. It still turns on but it just doesn't want to get passed that screen it just turns off again. Please does anyone know a way for me to fix it. I really need it to turn on so I can get the phone #s out of it because they are important. Also I don't have sim card so I 'm not sure it will save the numbers can someone please please help? I would appreciate any feedback; thank you very much in advance.
