I got a new Samsung R451C cellphone. It has been working great except for a small problem, but its still kind of annoying. If I receive text messages when my phone is off, when I turn it on, it shows the text's time was when my phone was turned on, not when it was actually sent to me. I tested this by using my friends phone to text myself with my phone off. I waited 10 minutes and when I turned it on, it said I received the text at the time I turned it on.
