changing the color of windows 7 calendar gadget, won't let me replace files?

I found the images in which I needed to edit to change the color of the windows 7 calendar gadget in (C://program files>windows sidebar>gadgets>calendar.gadget>images), because I am tired of always having it orange. Anyway, I edited the images to the color that I wanted, and saved them, but when I try to place them in the folder they need to go to (same folder as above), which is in a program files folder, it won't let me put them in there, it says I need permission from trusted installer =/ so how can I go about getting the proper permission to replace the files, anyone know?
