Okay this is kind of embaressing but i've recently started going out with someone and every time we go out and start kissing i get a rash over my chest and arms i dont know if its because i'm allergic to anything, or if its just neck kisses. But it goes away after a while? i thought it could be a heat rash but i havent been that hot? Anyone else get this or know what it could be?! Oh by the way its def not stubble haha
