Chinese Maker: Apple Ripped Off the iPad

The president of a Chinese company has claimed that one of its designs has been ripped by Apple through the iPad. The P88, a Windows Tablet PC made by Shenzhen Loong Brother, was apparently the target of “plagiarism”, and has left president Xiaolong Wu “[no] choice but to report [Apple].” To whom exactly wasn’t clear. The P88 has been on the Chinese market for six months as of this writing, according to Wired. It features a 10.2″ resistive touch screen, which means it’s not multi-touch capable.
