(hypothetical question)? And he said that he WASN'T Jesus, would you change what you believe?

Because for someone to be the Messiah, he needs to fulfill all of the prophecies which Jesus hasn't done. Christians say he'll do it in his second coming, but if someone else does it who isn't Jesus, what would you do?
Ok then Jason, let's say the person who fulfilled the prophecies was someone who you didn't feel was Jesus.

But as he fulfilled the prophecies, he'd be the messiah.
Haha, iHavE?sCars, that was hilarious. :p I like that answer.

If Jesus wasn't who He claimed to be then I wouldn't have a changed life or heart ...

Hypothetically speaking I would react as the Jews did when Jesus came clinging to what they knew 'Moses and His law '...

I would cling to what I have 'known' ...Jesus Christ !

Ancient Jewish teachings suggested two Messiahs, one a suffering servant, and the other a reigning king.

Jesus came as the suffering servant, and He promised to return. It will be as THE reigning King.

No one else could even come close to fulfilling the number of scriptures he has already fulfilled.

Galatians 5:22-23 tells us that "the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control."

You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes, nor figs from thistles, are they? Even so, every good tree bears fruit; but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will know them by their fruits. (Matthew 7:16-20)

What did you all forget to read those parts?

Well, since this is a hypothetical question, which is a proposal for an experiment that would test a hypothesis or theory but cannot actually be performed due to practical limitations, I would fly and shoot lasers from my eyes. ;)
Lol.

Jesus didn't say he'd come back as "Jesus." He just said we'd know it's him. Not too many people go around naming their kids Jesus, these days, except Mexicans.
