I dont quite understand this question... are you asking for a comparison from packeted cigarettes to roll ups?

Well, roll ups are MASSIVELY cheaper, assuming that your time is worthless enough to spend 2-3 minutes a time rolling one up.

Roll ups are generally (for want of a better word) better as they dont continually burn like pre-mades (a roll up will simply go out if not smoked).
