She then asked me if she is pretty. I told her she is. Then she asked me why don't I like her. What should I say? I don't want to tell her I am gay. And she is my friend.

Well the easiest and most realistic excuse that won't hurt her feelings is that it's just not a good idea to mix work and pleasure. It's never a good idea to date coworkers. If she has any ounce of maturity she'll take that as an acceptable response.
