Comcast Internet, false advertising?

They say im suppose to be getting 6mega bytes per second but the highest ive seen is 112/KB per sec.

Why is this?
Ive went on the websites like speakeasy and others and they are saying im gettin 8 megabytes per sec. (powerboost)

Why is there a difference with actual downloading?
 
112kb is your software download speed. Go to toast.net and run a speed test on your connection.
