I know that eating low carb is meant to be a lifestyle change, and that if you use it short term you will put on all the weight you lost(and sometimes more) once you start eating carbohydrates again.
I started eating low-carb, but I'm not comfortable with what I have to eat to keep myself full and get all the calories I need. I'm worried about what all this fat is doing to me, and what's happening to my cholesterol.
Is there any way to get back to a normal way of eating(balanced) without putting all the fat back on? Slowly increasing the carbs week by week, continuing to eat less cals than I'm burning off, etc?
Thanks
