...The Last Temptation of Christ? Apparently there were incidents of violence toward theater goers at showings of Martin Scorcese picture--The Last Temptation of Christ.

I'm going to wait around and get a good belly laugh if some Christian has the nerve to ask for evidence.

I didn't care for that last tempt movie. I did not find it scripturally based so I had no use for it.

I don't see a think in the world wrong with people making muhammad cartoons, we are free in america to do that and if someone cant take a joke about it, then, forget them and feed them beans!

Yes, good point. The "Christian reaction" to that movie was MINOR compared to the violence and death threats which CONTINUE to be generated long after the Mohamed cartoon scandal.

Martin Scorsese has no fears for his life but the cartoonist still has bodyguards.

(Of course, your wording, "Christian reaction" is very flawed because many of the strongest and most violent reactions to the movie came from Orthodox Jews who objected to perpetuating the myth that "Jews are Christ killers" and Muslims objected because Jesus is revered as God's prophet in Islam. Sounds like you need to learn some basics of world religions.)

I wonder if any of the cranky people actually bothered to watch the movie. He turned away from temptation at the end of the movie.
