Computer freezes while using torrent software like bittorrent, azureus, vuze, ...?

i have a little Problem here. When I use any kind of torrent software my computer freezes. It happens immediately or sometimes after a few hours. I have been reading the last few days about solutions and tried several things. I updated my network driver, cleaned my registry, uninstalled my windows updates, tried different torrent software but no solution.

I am using a Dell Inspiron 1545 with no modifactions and running Windows Vista

Please help me...
