I have a new macbook and when I try to sync my ipod with it, it shows up on the desktop but itunes freezes and doesn't read it. Help please!
Yes I checked and made sure that itunes is completely updated. I'm afraid there's something wrong with my ipod. I've already restored it and it still isn't being read.
