Convert BitTorrent P2P files to MP3 from torrent?

I can download Bit Torrent files but don't know how to do this, is there software I can use to conver these to MP3 files?

The bit torrent files are of no use unless you know what they are. These files contain the location of the content they point to. You need to open the torrent file in a bit torrent client.

Download any torrent client from net, install and run the client. After that open the torrent file in the client. After that the content will start downloading. The content may be mp3, video, audio etc. which ever the torrent file points to.
 
Download Media Monkey, its a converter and it works fine for me.
