HAVE HEARD EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IS NO GOOD AT HIGH TEMPS , WHAT IS THE BEST , AND DOES A SQUIRT OF LEMON HELP LIFT THE OIL OF THE FRYING PAN , AT THE MOMENT AM USING BEEF DRIPPING FOR MEAT PRODUCTS AND VEGETABLE OIL FOR VEGETABLES
