Uh.. mind being a bit more descriptive? Do you mean gangstas or gangsters? Mafia or thugz? 'Cus, if you're going for the Mafia, that's an easy one. Just take a few Italian words and ya got it. As for the thugs, start with Crips and Bloods, and let your mind go to town. You'll get it fast.
