I have a Schwinn Continental that I've been rebuilding. I've replaced the tires (not the rim) and the bike tire went on just fine. The front one didn't. I guess it's called the bead (the rubber "tire" of the tire) and it won't go on right. Even with baby powder, it won't go on right. I always have a low spot. When I pull it out, the low spot moves somewhere else. How much does it cost to have the tire assembled by a bike shop?
