Could I convert a Mountain Bike into Fixie?

Well I have a Baron Huffy Mountain Bike (it looks just like this http://stlouis.craigslist.org/bik/175380… and that is not my ad lol) SO I was wondering if I could convert it into a fixie instead of buying a road or track bike frame. IM JUST USING THE FRAME. I am planning on using fixie wheels or speed/road bike wheels and handle bars. Thanks
