Could i still get a scholarship and to college to play basketball even if..?

I wanna get a scholarship, and go to a good college, like Duke, or even Florida and others. But, the problem is, my grades and behavior. I'm only starting 8th grade this August, but in 7th and 6th grade, my grades were extremely low, i got C's and D's. I got F in music and art class. I already got suspended, and got somewhere are 15-20 detentions. But this year, if i start getting A's and B's in all my classes, work hard, and behave way better in class, do i still have a shot at getting a scholarship to play basketball at a university?
 
sorry man but nope no good colleges with want you unless you have mostly a clean slate in the past the best college can hope for is maybe just maybe a community college
 
colleges look at your high school grades as records kid what planet you on and shape yourself up
