Could it be that the sheriff is "not interested" in making an arrest on a bench...
...warrant? A woman has a bench warrant for failure to pay a $500 fine. She got married and changed her name in a different state, possibly to avoid the warrant, then moved back to the county where she has a warrant. I notified the sheriff that the Mrs. is the one with the warrant, but the sheriff didn't act. Are there such things as high priority warrants and low priority warrants? What gives?
