I was just wondering like if they are tracking the website like if you go to it they track down the isp or something just to find out whos trying to get it
 
No, they are only looking for people who are either downloading or uploading from their program.
 
Yes, and your soul will be damned to Hell for all eternity for it, too.
 
Limewire lost a court case that prevents people from using downloading stuff, you can still go to the website but you can't download limewire anymore
 
No - The Limewire website itself is legitimate. However, downloading media illegally isn't.
