Creating a custom ringtone from an online website?

I would like to take audio of my son laughing and make it a ringtone. I found one website that seems pretty simple and straightforward called createownringtone.com. I just wanted to know anyone else's experience with websites like this. Do they actually work? How did the ringtone sound? Any suggestions on a site?
