lol by the look of those huts i'd say thats Africa not Haiti...yeah its wrong morally and geographically.
 
It looks Photoshopped.

However, if true, it is somewhat amusing and it shows a bit of genius.
 
I hope he is wearing steel toed boots because if he trips he will snap a toe clean off.
 
Obviously this guy is impoverished but too add insult to injury someone found it amusing to exacerbate his social condition by ridiculing his image as if his life doesn't matter. I guess our standards of humanity and compassion has fallen so low that we have become prostitutes for distastefully humor..Sometimes stuff just isn't funny..Remember Don Imus? I guess some people have forgotten.
