Current fashion inspired by the mid 1800's-early 1900's?

I've seen some young men walking around with the satin-backed vests, oxfords, and paperboy caps...but what is this fashion called? I was looking for photos online but "vintage" always seems to turn up either fashions from the 60's or 70's.
