I signed up for "FIOS" more than two months ago. When I dial out to anyone who is not a "Verizon" customer my caller ID shows me as "Eloise Johnson" and I am not of course. They were nasty and further said that there was nothing that they could do about it. It would eventually resolve itself. It has not!
I researched until I found a number for "VERIZON ADVOCACY ISSUES THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED THROUGH NORMAL CHANNELS" the phone number is 800-483-7988. It worked!!!
