I've had Cyatica since I was 15 (am now 20) and it was really bad when I first got it but it's been nothing more than a slight twinge since I turned 17 nothing I couldn't ignore. Lately its started to come back just as bad as it was when I first got it and its getting very hard to do the things I normally do or even just walk. I used to walk everywhere and about a month ago I moved houses and now have to drive. Do you think the reason it's come back is because I've stopped walking? and does anyone know of any exersizes I can do that will help it improve faster? thanks OB

Forget a chiropractor they suck and don't do anything for you. If you go to one you'll be wasting money. Walking always helps with sciatica, but the best way to improve it, is to get an mri and see what's causing. I suggest going to a orthopedic, or a neurosurgeon and get the MRI done. Something might be touching or streesing your nerve, surgery may help tremendously, it did to me. It is definitely the best way to go.
