Welcome to Miss Fit–a weekly advice column from someone who is a bit of a non-conformist when it comes to health and exercise. I began running again on a regular routine about 3-4 months ago to get back in shape and lose some weight. I have lost about 20 lbs so far and still want to lose about 10 lbs more. I usually run a 4.5 mile course every other day with a longer run ~ 6 miles on weekend days. My question is: Is it better to run 4.5 miles every other day or to run 3 miles every day if my goal is to lose the remaining 10 lbs and maintain that weight. More »Post from: Blisstree
