I have a Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop and a dell bluetooth travel mouse. It has microsoft enumerator and dell true blue 355+ edr for drivers. After the mouse is paired a windows message appears "Windows is now checking for drivers and will install them if necessary". The next message is "Windows has found driver software but encountered a error while attempting to install it" also in the same window it states "the system cannot find specific file". In another window, the driver software install window it states "Bluetooth device- ready to use", "unidentified device-failed". Under control panel, bluetooth devices it shows the dell bluetooth travel mouse. I've tried to reinstall the dell driver but with no success. Batteries are fresh in mouse. I am at a complete loss. Any help will be appreciated. I also have a screen shot of the error messages
