Dell Inspiron Desktop 545ST w/ blinking yellow light?

Hello, I have a Inspiron Desktop 545ST, I had recently tried to turn it on, and all it does is flash a blinking yellow light when I hold down the power button. I have tried to unplug everything and try it again but it will do the same thing. What does this mean? Thanks.
